Job Description
Personal assistant working directly with company president and his partner, outside clients, while being involved in facilitating small scale and large scale film and video production. Must be able to work in an intimate, fast-paced, high-pressure environment, balancing the needs of scheduling, travel and appointments, and project management of the company principal, while working with internal staff, vendors and contract production workers.
Job Requirements
Basic knowledge of video and film production, computer literacy in all major programs (word, xcel, ideally movie magic budgeting) ability to organize complex travel of production crews, and sophisticated interpersonal skills to work with company principals, staff and vendors. Ability to travel to locations, sometimes remote, on short notice for short and long periods of time. Job requires a full personal and professional commitment. Must have high-level writing skills and understanding of story telling.
