Job Description

Gramicci is seeking a Dealer Services Manager to join its growing team in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Position Overview:
If you are passionate about the outdoors, environment, sales, love providing outstanding customer service, and are a team player, we want to hear from you. In this role you’ll work with a team of outside sales representatives as well as dealers to promote the Gramicci brand and meet the needs of both your internal and external customers. Using your sales skills, passion for the outdoors and your ability to juggle multiple projects, you’ll be a key partner on the team.

General Daily Responsibilities:
• Work in partnership with our Outside Sales Reps to build and maintain relationships with our dealer base and maximize sales through that relationship.
• Act as internal customer contact for dealers in all territories with timely communication with customers via phone, email and fax.
• Offer outstanding service to other departments and teams as needed.
• Receive and enter sales orders and account data in a timely manner.
• Ability to research and provide up to date information regarding product availability and account status using the Gramicci network and account resources.
• Communication to/from our Customers, Sales representatives, Retail Store accounts and/or special accounts via the use of EDI, Excel, Outlook, Word and/or phone use
• Consistent follow-through and effective work planning.
• Work with Ecommerce team to manage sales and marketing calendar

Sales Responsibilities:
• Must be able to present and communicate technical feature/benefit information for all products programs from Gramicci
• Must be able to present and execute all Gramicci sales programs and strategies.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending sales meetings and product meetings
• Attend/Run Gramicci Sponsored events and trade shows
• Must have ability to call on new and existing accounts via telephone and in person visits.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service/Inside Sales position preferred
• Experience with order tracking, allocation, problem resolution and customer interface
• Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, 10 key and data entry skills
• PhotoShop or Illustrator experience a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and meet the physical and work environment demands of the position.
