! Park City, UT, USA! Full Time Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job Skullcandy is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our Skullnerds squad in Park City, Utah! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining Skullcandy's on-prem/cloud-based infrastructure. Primary Responsibilities will include: ! Provision new users and assign specific privileges ! Provide Tier II escalation support for HelpDesk related items ! Provide support and guidance to the HelpDesk team ! Managing and maintaining our virtualization environment ! Troubleshot, Install, and configure software/hardware ! Deploy latest security patches on all systems and devices ! Assistance with Managing Backups for critical data ! Ordering, implementing, and configuring new equipment/technologies ! Systems Health Monitoring (critical issues and outages) ! Maintain and update internal documentation ! Plan/assist with quarterly projects and initiativesRequired Skills and Experience ! Administration Experience in the following: ! Datacenter Technologies: VMware, HyperV, Nimble, and Cisco UCS ! Zerto & Veeam Backup Solutions ! SSO & MFA (Okta) ! Office 365 ! System & Network Monitoring (PRTG) ! Advanced knowledge in Windows Desktop/Server Environment ! Active Directory, Domain Controller, Group Policy, WSUS, HyperV, NPS, etc... ! SQL Database Administration ! Familiarity with MacOS and Linux ! Fundamental Networking Skills (DHCP, SMTP, DNS, etc...) ! Willingness to occasionally work on-call hours for maintenance tasks or outages ! Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills ! Top-Notch Troubleshooting skills. ! Must be a self-motivated team player. ! Experience in monitoring and responding to enterprise ticketing system.Education & Training / Certification(s) ! Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field and 3+ Sys Admin experience or 5+ years experience in a Systems Administrator role ! CompTIA A+ Certification recommended !
