This critical role requires the development of successful partnerships between budget owners and finance in order to influence the future success of Skullcandy. Critical factors of success in the Financial Analyst role will include executing the following strategic functions: • Manage monthly departmental OPEX Budget vs. Actual reporting • Create segmental P&L statements (International and Domestic channels) • Oversee monthly BoD & executive reporting packages • Participate in the annual and quarterly budgeting process • Construct ad-hoc modeling and analysis (NPI tracking, marketing, and sales) • Function as the FP&A liaison for budget owners • Assist the accounting department with EPM support on QBR and month-end close workbooks. Skills needed to fill this Financial Analyst role: • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills • Advanced knowledge of Excel & financial concepts • Detail oriented and highly organized • Four-year college degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience • Experience working with ERP (SAP) and EPM software a plus Skullcandy https://skullcandy.applicantpro.com
