You will work closely with Brand and Creative teams to promote effective, successful workflows and project and campaign launches supporting company sales and marketing initiatives. You champion process and communication that is key to cross-functional teamwork and ultimately drives the Skullcandy consumers' consideration and conversion on Skullcandy.com global websites.RESPONSIBILITIES: 50% - Digital Production: • Primary liaison with Brand and Creative Producers, gathering project requirements and generating Digital user experience wireframes/mocks for new features/functionality initiatives • Champion bringing to life Brand announcements, Partnerships and collaborations online • Responsible for briefing digital initiatives into Creative team for copy, assets and user experience needs. • Responsible for asset aggregation and distribution to Digital team stakeholders • Responsible for securing global translations of new campaign copy/assets • Assist Digital Operations team with campaign builds, validations and launches50% - Project Management: • Department Roadmap: Work with Digital Marketing, E-tail and Operations leads to create, manage and socialize the high-level department roadmap, including but not limited to new owned site features and functionality, new e-tail channels and initiatives, operations projects for consumer experience enhancements and new tech integrations, marketing activations and direct to consumer campaigns • Project Tracker and Working Calendar: Produce and manage a Digital team project tracker to communicate and socialize all Digital Marketing, E-tail and Operations project deadlines and milestones; accountable for projects completed on time and in full • Campaign Management: Define work-back schedules and deadlines, and create calendars to drive Digital activities from strategy through execution and launch. Campaigns originate from Digital, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, International and Legal teams • Process definition and adoption: Define, align and implement effective processes for Digital and cross-departmental Digital team workflows. Drive adoption of process, systems and tools for Digital campaign activation efficienciesQUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree • 1-3 years previous Production and/or Project Management experience • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional environment • Ability to articulate Digital business needs cross-departmentally and amidst friction • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong character to lead initiatives • Proven aptitude for learning and desire for success • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills, excels in a fast paced environment, demonstrates confidence in making instinctual decisions • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities • Obsessive about providing frictionless consumer experience online Skullcandy https://skullcandy.applicantpro.com
