• Park City, UT, USA• Salary• Full Time comprehensive benefit package offering Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job Skullcandy is seeking a passionate, Park City- based, Inside Project Specialist responsible for working with Sales Managers and their customers to help manage projects, create solutions, execute on outstanding issues and priorities, all to ensure a streamlined and successful sales process.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Sales Managers and their customers • Attend sales calls with Sales Manager to gain insights into the business lifecycle • Provide monthly data analysis gains / losses / projections focused on market data gained from customers and NPD • Coordinate with other departments on sales related projects • Attend all applicable sales meetings and act as the sales manager in their absence • Assist Sales Managers with targeted and strategic communication to customers • Gather sales information and engage in monthly/quarterly business reviews and daily/weekly forecast activities • Manage the manual aspects of the Sales Promotional Calendar and its communication to the sales team • Manage the distribution list for all distributors, retailers and constituents in the domestic sales channels • Gather information from the retailers on product life cycles and insights to future trends in each sales channelSkills: • Client-focused public speaking and presenting as well as strategic insights selling techniques • Possess high levels of professionalism and accountability • Able to maintain relationships across multiple layers internally and externally • Must be comfortable interacting with executive levels and individual contributors equallyREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. • 2 -5 years of experience in field sales and/or retail merchandising experience • Professionalism fitting with the unique office culture • Experience developing sales plans and marketing promotions is required • Must have sales analysis experience • Experience with SAP accounting software, Excel, Outlook and EDI (invoicing) preferred • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to travel 25% of the time Skullcandy https://skullcandy.applicantpro.com
