Full Time Comprehensive Benefits Package Offering Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job POSITION SUMMARY:You are a critical team member of the day-to-day operations of the Skullcandy global ecommerce business. In this role, you will increase customer consideration and conversion with focus on bringing Skullcandy products and experiences to life online globally. You are obsessive about providing every consumer the best possible experience, from their arrival on site through brand engagement and product education and support. Responsibilities: ! Assist Digital Experience Specialist with the setup, build and execution of global product launches. Including backend new product setups, order fulfillment logistics, warranty and product support page needs for all new product builds. ! Maintain and optimize site merchandising, internal search, sort and filtering. ! Monitor and accept appropriate product reviews submitted to Skullcandy.com global sites. ! Build, validate and manage global sales and promotional campaigns. ! Work with Digital Experience Specialist to build regional and translated site experiences (across product and marketing campaigns). Request and maintain on-site translations. ! Work with Digital Operations team to optimize product and page SEO in accordance with best practices. ! Assist Digital Operations team with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of all campaign and new feature or functionality releases and site updates. To love and be successful in this job, you will need to possess the below competencies, skills and education. Education ! 1 year of digital or ecommerce experience preferred Competencies ! Ability to complete tasks on-time with high quality; obsessive attention to detail ! Ability to manage multiple, ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment with ease ! Entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude and team player ! Superb oral, written and intrapersonal communication skills ! Obsessive about providing frictionless online consumer experience ! Understanding of high visibility work and need for highest standards of execution ! Strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction ! Desire to gain a strong knowledge of the ecommerce business and the interworking of its systems Skills ! Experience with ecommerce platforms and technologies preferred ! Ability to analyze consumer behaviors and ecommerce KPIs to make actionable, educated decisions !
