Based in Park City, Utah, USA Skullcandy designs, markets, and distributes audio products around the globe. Primary Responsibilities: • Analyze market trends, sell-through data, and product profitability. Using those findings, work extensively with customers, Sales Team, and US-based PD departments to develop product offering to suit needs of European demand.  • Implement a pre-lining process, find and work with trend services, and manage SMU/Colab relationships/products that are specific to European market. • Create and oversee processes to link local demand planning/forecasting with US Supply Chain team to ensure transparent communication to customers about product and consistent presentation at retail. • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Operations team for customer facing Sales Operations processes and business planning such as administering the CPFR process with key customers. • Compile and evaluate new business/retail opportunities to guide revenue and margin expectations. • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on sales plans, including assortment decisions, revenue goals, and trade promotion spend; report status to sales plans and recommend business actions when needed. • Manage the Sales Revenue Tracker: follow expected orders and revenue flow. Review the Tracker with Sales and revise STOO document to capture risks and upsides. Participate in weekly calls to discuss with HQ (US). • Review orders available to ship at the end of each month and quarter, in order to expect revenue on products that will come into stock too late. • Manage Line List: review at the beginning of the year and trim based on historical sales and initial forecasts; update throughout year as the product offering changes. Review proposed changes sales team and revise channels, regional MSRP's, etc. where necessary. Maintain catalogues and all presentations to meet EMEA offering. • Price List Management: Ensure price lists remain updated for all customers and that the appropriate margin analysis is carried out; review product availability and propose pricing for promo and EOL deals. • Sell Through Data Management: Review performance of Skullcandy products to see what's working and what's not; work with sales team to make inventory decisions as necessary • Quarterly Forecasting: Work with Demand Planning to review revenue expectations by region, account on a quarterly basis and review with all key stakeholders; identify additional risks and opportunities against revenue plans; review plans for following year with the Sales Team and HQ.Required Skills and Qualifications: • Knowledge of global headphone OR consumer electronics market (US, Europe, and elsewhere) • Highly skilled in SAP or other ERP systems and Microsoft Excel • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Sales Operations • Understanding and interpreting customer Forecasts/Sell-thru data • Understanding of sales operation cycles including: customer forecasting, purchase orders, sales orders, allocations, 3PL fulfillment and billing • Management and coaching of Customer Service and Operations employees   Skullcandy
