• Park City, UT, USA• Full Time Comprehensive Benefits Package Offering Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job POSITION TITLE: Sales Operations Director PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage the Sales Operations team including career planning, training, day to day operations, and continual process improvements • Own order management performance and processes with the sales ops team • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Marketing, and vendors/retailers to oversee key store resets, displays, shippers, and any other retailer event • Manage the global Short Term Operation Outlook (STOO) on a weekly basis • Land revenue numbers by quarter and proactively monitor and risks or opportunities • Drive customer profitability and efficiencies • Monitor and maintain channel dashboards that report out WOS, sell-through, forecast accuracy, supply, and customer profitability • Manage the promotional cadence to drive optimal sell through and profitability. Make pivots based off the ROI data • Build sell-through projections with the sales ops team and actively monitor it versus customers' forecast, our forecast, and actuals across our key retailers • Manage the planogram optimization tool to leverage the data to drive profitability within the dedicated space at retail • Own Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) initiatives with key retailers • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on sales plans, including assortment decisions, revenue goals, and trade promotion spend; • Develop short-term revenue projections based on customer inventory levels, weekly replenishments, and events • Work closely with logistics team to forecast weekly unit forecasts to help staff the 3PL warehouse appropriately • Decide allocation globally and manage consequences of supply shortages by optimizing profitability, keeping all retailers in stock to minimize lost sell-through, and proactively communicating with your key retailers • Become an expert in how our key retailers work, how Skullcandy works, and build bridges; • Drive operational excellence in our ability to launch new products, displays, shippers, and other assets at retail • Manage order forms and MAP pricing • Create the templates and run the Quarterly Business and Monthly Business Reviews to provide a Monthly and Quarterly check in with the executive team • Work closely with the customer and supply chain teams to identify fulfillment and product availability schedules • Collaborate with Product Development to optimize sku counts and ensure we are efficiently driving revenue • Support all cross-functional projects and key initiatives for the team • Travel required 1-2 times a quarter to develop and maintain a positive customer relationship with the buyer and analystsREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 7-10+ years of experience in supply chain and/or sales operations; with special preference towards consumer goods • Experience working with National Retailers  • Understanding and interpreting Customer Forecasts/Sell-thru data • Experience with sales operations cycles including: customer forecasting, purchase orders, sales orders, allocations, 3PL fulfillment and billing • Experience with SAP and/or other ERP systems a plus • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field • Entrepreneurial mindset Skullcandy https://skullcandy.applicantpro.com
