Full Time Comprehensive Benefits Package Offering Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job As Integration Engineer, you are responsible for assisting the Integration Manager in developing and maintaining the integrations among our business applications, website and data warehouse. This includes planning, configuring, supporting, optimizing and documenting all new and current integrations. This is a global role that serves all geographies and business units.  RESPONSIBILITIES: ! Develop technical interfaces among applications and SQL Server data warehouse, to ensure reliable, supportable connections between systems. Diagram and document current and new integrations. ! Craft testing plans and procedures for various levels of integrations and manage testing plans through completion. Continually monitor production integrations to improve processes and ensure integrations are working as designed. ! Conduct research on best practices to maintain a stable and secure integration environment. Manage compliance (PCI, User-based, Financial, etc.) of integrations, ensuring all policies and procedures are kept up to date and followed. ! Research new features of middleware software; provide insights to management and implement if conducive to our business. ! Responsible for customer order flow among systems, including logging, fraud prevention software integration and customer notifications. Knowledgeable regarding this flow in order to troubleshoot production issues in timely manner. Able to suggest and implement improvements if needed. ! Primary contact for all customer EDI-related projects and production support, including Purchase Order, Invoice and ASN integrations between EDI Provider, ERP and 3PL. ! Establish relationships with software suppliers and integration partners. Drive improvements to integrations through strategic engagement, developing joint roadmaps and plans of attack. Leverage relationships with suppliers by providing references and marketing opportunities. ! Partner with business stakeholders at any level in the company to develop direction and strategy for the usage of IT integrations in the company. ! Support periodic upgrades of middleware software to stay current on releases and support versions. ! Leverage technical knowledge in topics such as SQL, web services, REST APIs, Java and proprietary development technologies specific to the applications we support. ! Work with the business on production bugs, helpdesk tickets and user training to ensure proper and optimal usage of our integrations. Available on-call when needed (24/7 production support) to address business critical issues. Provide root cause analysis to prevent future similar integration issues. ! Represent the Skullcandy brand and company in external forums such as conferences and special interest groups. ! Provide backup application support for team members, such as supporting day-to-day ERP matters. ! Be a resource and idea generator for creative solutions to pain points experienced across the entire company as it relates to manual processes and connectivity with partners, customers, suppliers, etc. ! Maintain training materials and be the main point of reference for ongoing training and delegation of tasks as needed.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: ! BA or BS in Business, Computer Science, Management or related field. ! 2+ years of application management, specifically ERP and related applications. ! Has a deep understanding of business processes, successfully manages relationships with business stakeholders, and technical mastery of applications. ! High-level of integration skills using middleware technology, preferably MuleSoft. ! Experience working directly with B2B technologies including but not limited to EDI, XML, W3C Web Services, APIs, TSQL. ! Proficient in SQL Server (writing queries and stored procedures). ! Knowledgeable of applicable data privacy practices and laws. ! Operational, Financial, and business knowledge is a plus ! Demonstrated excellence in project management. ! Experienced working effectively cross-departmentally and cross-functionally. ! Highly developed organizational skills required to handle multiple, ongoing projects. !
