• Guildford, GBR• Full Time Comprehensive Benefits Package Offering Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job Skullcandy is looking for a talented and driven Key Account Manager to join the Sales team and support the Country Manager in the UK. Candidates should have a strong background in Consumer Electronics sales or a related field and share a lifestyle connection to the brand through music and/or action sports. This is a hands-on position that requires spending time on the road visiting customers, Skullcandy Office Visits and creating new relationships. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Report to and work closely with the Country Manager, as well as UK marketing and EU operations teams to drive growth in the region • Develop and own customer relationships and the joint business planning process • Ensure client goals are met through proactive management and optimization • Identify opportunities for additional revenue with prospective accounts • Ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting for the key accounts and channels; control expenses to meet budget guidelines • Manage accurate records of all pricing, sales productivity, gross profit, expenses, and activity reports • Consistently work towards better brand enhancement throughout customers' merchandising and consumer touch points • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics • Follow up and analysis of the sell-through/sell-out data of wholesalers/retailers • Work with the marketing team to support key accounts with events, training, trade shows, etc.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 3+ years of experience managing National Key Accounts a must • A proven track record of performance of hitting set targets and goals • Well connected within the consumer electronics/lifestyle/action sports business • Must be able to travel extensively within the region • Professionalism with the ability to fit with the unique office culture • A strong sales professional who has a whole array of relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills • Manages Complexity and ability in problem-solving Skullcandy
