Full Time Comprehensive Benefits Package Offering Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job Skullcandy is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help oversee creative production for Skullcandy's organic and paid social media channels. This position requires deep interest in the world of social media, strong conceptual thinking, and the technical skills to help drive execution and delivery across various platforms. The right candidate will be able to inspire, lead and collaborate with a team that drives the development of concepts for these projects ' and, ultimately, help define how Skullcandy looks and feels as a brand on our growing social platforms. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: ! Support the Associate Creative Director as lead designer for Skullcandy social platforms. ! Have a knack for strategy and copywriting, and the ability to visualize past design alone. Can think big-picture as it relates to the full creative delivery. ! Work with Brand / Social teams to help strategize and conceptualize content for various channels. ! Collaborate with different disciplines across the company. ! Lead a team of junior- and mid-level designers to help execute ideas and concepts for individual projects. ! Possess the hands-on design skills necessary to execute and deliver assets for social channels. ! Help manage content calendar for timely delivery on assets. ! Communicate effectively and present ideas to larger teams within the company. ! Stay up on latest trends ' inside and outside of our industry ' and bring new ideas to the table.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: ! Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or equivalent visual design. ! 5+ years experience design in-house, or 3+ years at an agency. ! Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development. ! Ability to hit deadlines and lead projects from concept to development. ! Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and design programs. ! Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. !
