Marketing Executive - Europe Job in Guildford, VT

Full Time Comprehensive Benefits Package Offering Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job Skullcandy UK Ltd is seeking a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the European territory's retail and brand presence. This position will help execute all marketing campaigns, bringing them to life across all channels including Retail, PR, and Ecommerce. Supporting brand initiatives through POS, product listings, digital advertising and activations. We are looking for a passionate team member who is a self-starter, seeking a high-performance culture, and interested in the retail & digital environment. The Marketing Executive will share the European territory with another executive and report directly to the EU Marketing Manager. They will also work closely with the EU Sales team as well as the Global Marketing team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ! Unconditional support for the EU team, especially sales and distributors ! Be the point person for all brand assets & in store fixtures ! Brief creative needs into design team ! Coordinate with global teams to execute the digital strategy ! Assist the team in taking brand campaigns to market ! Organise, execute & attend consumer facing events ! Coordinate and Manage PR & Influencer agencies ! Provide support in managing the budget and tracking spending ! Prepare and submit monthly reports into our global dashboard ! Prepare and collate quarterly reports for EMEA & Global sales meetings ! Regular Travel to relevant territories REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: ! 2+ years' experience within a branded environment (consumer electronics, sports, action sports, music, etc...) ! Strong background in Channel/Trade marketing and retail POS execution ! Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse global team ! European language(s) would be an asset ! Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team ! Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment ! Connection to our brand through music and/or action sports ! Must be able to do what's needed: travel, rent cars, manage own time and pedal to the metal ! Full UK driver's license WORKING ENVIRONMENT: ! 50% of time working from home (or from the Guildford office dependent on circumstances) ! 35% of time working from our Guildford Office ! 15% of time travel to Europe Skullcandy https://skullcandy.applicantpro.com
