• Park City, UT, USA• Salary• Full Time Comprehensive Benefits Package Offering Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job As the Senior Director, Global Brand Marketing, you will lead the overall brand, consumer acquisition and corporate communications strategy for Skullcandy. This includes everything from public relations and social media, to ambassador management and content strategies to capture the attention of our youthful and progressive audio consumer. As the voice for Brand at Skullcandy you will manage a team focused on building compelling brand stories, developing global strategies for the category and creating and spending the budget accordingly. Your team will serve as the driving force behind consumer facing product and brand launches, working cross-functionally with partners in Digital, Creative, Product Marketing and Channel Marketing. Your mission will be to drive upper funnel awareness and interactions with consumers so that we can create engaged fans of the brand and achieve our annual revenue goals. • Establish global direction for integrated marketing programs to be shared and executed globally. • Lead the design, implementation, and facilitation of the annual marketing plan and go to market plans for Skullcandy; including annual calendar, launch plans, budget alignment, channel mix, and Creative coordination. • Leadership of integrated marketing across earned media, social media and new channels for upper funnel awareness and acquisition, leveraging data to determine the best investments by channel to reach and engage our consumers. • Lead organic and upper funnel social media efforts including content strategy, calendar, community management, publishing and metrics reporting; Experience and willingness to test, learn and scale in new social media and digital channels such as TikTok, Discord, Reddit, Twitch, Connected TV and more. • Partner with Creative, Digital and Product Marketing on ideation and execution of all integrated brand and product launches. Product campaigns should have a unique Skullcandy brand message, product message and voice. • Own all ambassador relationships across musicians, athletes and influencers who represent the brand including relationship development, contract management and content creation. • Directly manage public relations for the US market via agency partnership to achieve earned media coverage of our brands and products. • Work cross-functionally to ensure meaningful product and brand messaging in all marketing collateral. • Own monthly measurement and reporting on key success metrics for brand and business health. • Craft and manage annual budget. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree, with concentration or experience in Marketing, Business or Communications. • Minimum 8 years in marketing role (ideally within consumer products, electronics, outdoor or lifestyle related brand) • Strong leadership and consensus building skills. • Strong analytical skills to leverage a combination of data and brand instinct to make investment decisions on behalf of the brand. • Marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing, administering and measuring the success of marketing programs. • Self-starter, highly motivated, organized and proactive. • Able to work well cross-functionally with all levels in the organization. • Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
