Job Summary



As the EMEA Marketing Assistant, you will support the EMEA Marketing Team with day-to-day operations, help execute brand and product marketing plans aligned to our EMEA wide network of Distributor and Wholesale partners (B2B partners).

This role is a unique opportunity to gain experience within a social enterprise, understanding the balance between brand, commerciality, and purpose.

Essential Functions
!
Assist the EMM and JEMM in execution of 2022 plans with our B2B partners

!
Responsible for keeping all EMEA wholesale and distributors channels up to date, including but not limited to social media platforms & websites.

!
Manage the collation and curation of all product and brand digital assets for our B2B partners

!
Manage and maintain our B2B asset sharing platform

!
Support on the creation of presentations for B2B partner meetings

!
Manage the creation of our B2B newsletter

!
Support EJMM in our EMEA influencer programme, specifically, responsible for organizing the seeding packages and identifying prospectus influencers

!
Deliver seasonal showroom updates including creative direction, execution and installation

!
Support our POS programme including development of new range and distribution

!
In partnership with the EMEA sales representatives, manage the training platform by both creating content and end of month reporting

!
Provide monthly market trends reports

!
Administrative duties and report creation


Essential Requirements & Qualifications
!
Fluent in English, both spoken and written

!
Highly organized

!
Ability to work independently

!
Ability to create presentations and numerical sheets on Google Docs and Microsoft packages

!
Basic understanding of marketing function

!
Good numeracy skills

!
Excellent writing skills

!
Hard-working, enthusiastic, team-player

!
Fluent in German, both spoken and written (preferred but not necessary)

!
Experience in basic tools (resize or crop) on Adobe Photoshop (preferred but not necessary)


Special Requirements
!
Placement for 6 months (working 32-40 hours/week)

!
Option of full-time and part-time

!
Immediate start

!
Based in Amsterdam or able to commute into Amsterdam regularly
