Job Summary
Wholesale Marketing Manager - EMEA is responsible for the following:


! Lead the wholesale marketing strategy, consistent with EMEA objectives and global business objective, across key accounts in the EMEA region, with particular focus on the UK, German, Dutch and strategic distribution markets
! Contribute to the brands business growth objectives by developing and implementing curated marketing plans, leading with digital Brand, Product and Impact campaigns
! Support both our independent accounts and distributor markets with strategic direction, campaign asset suites and directives
! Drive Brand Heat through our wholesale-led campaigns targeted at new and existing audiences

Essential Functions
! Manageand oversee all brand activities related to wholesale activation
! Build strong curated key account plans, elevating the brand through Product, Brand and Impact campaigns
! Build strong relationships with strategic key accounts in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands to create greater brand visibility and equity
! Be the liaison between sales teams and marketing channels in our key markets (UK, DE & NL)
! Guide regional production of local wholesale marketing resources and collateral for sell-in and sell-through,
! Collaborate with the Marketing Lead EMEA and marketing team to build strong alignment within the omni-channel approach and set wholesale campaigns up for success as a key consumer touchpoint, driving awareness and conversion
! Analyze key account forecasts and orders to determine level of support and set KPIs per campaign
! Own and report on the wholesale marketing budget

Essential Skills & Qualifications
! Bachelors degree or equivalent in experience
! Minimum of 5 years in a combination of: sales, marketing or brand management role
! Experience integrating industry & consumer trends into strategic action plans
! Self-starter, versatile and eager to identify unique opportunities of growth and market penetration
! Knowledge of fashion and specific experience in the footwear/fashion business
! Strong ability to work as a team player or individually to achieve set requirements
! Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills
! Business acumen. Ability to use sound judgment in decision making with results driven orientation
! Strong expertise and understanding of the European marketplace includingcompetitive landscape
! Ability to network and grow each program and initiatives based on established relationships and new opportunities
! Strong knowledge of digital content management and social media conversations
! Highly organized, exceptional planning skills, detail oriented and possessing outstanding follow-through
! Strategic thinking and planning

Special Requirements
! Expect approximately 25% travel
! An unpaid assignment may be part of the recruitment process
! Remuneration commensurate with experience
