When you wear or work with TOMS, you help fund access to mental health resources for the millions of people who need them.
TOMS is looking for a Director, Digital Marketing to play a critical leadership role over the Growth Marketing team. This person will be responsible for driving strategy and day-to-day oversight for paid media channels (social, search, ads), CRM and retention marketing, including email, SMS, push, direct mail, loyalty, promotions, and referral programs.
The position demands strong organizational skills, thoughtful planning, scheduling, critical thinking and analysis, and collaboration. Must be able to manage both individually and across the Paid and Retention marketing teams to execute within specific channels while also participating and contributing to overall Growth Marketing team efforts.
What You'll Do:

!
Own the annual paid and owned channel email, SMS, push, loyalty, direct mail, loyalty, promotions and referral marketing strategy, day-to-day management, plans, and revenue goals.

Lead the paid channel agencies, managing our spend strategy and guiding the paid teams with their planning.

!
Manage CRM (email, SMS, push) database and leverage customer segment insights to develop and optimize campaigns and all automated and trigger campaigns and offers, including abandonment, welcome, post-purchase, win back, and other identified campaigns.

Lead flawless execution of all ongoing email, SMS, push, direct mail, loyalty, and referral marketing campaigns. Track and improve program KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure the program is meeting goals.

Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising to create seasonal cross-channel paid (social, search) and owned (email, SMS, push, loyalty, direct mail) channel marketing calendars. Manage internal and external partners to execute all campaigns on time and on budget.

Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly executive channel and campaign summaries for paid and owned channel initiatives and programs. Make recommendations to adjust in-season plans as necessary to meet forecast goals.

What You Bring:
!
Commitment to making kindness in business a standard

!
5+ years of experience in Paid Social (FB, IG, TT), Paid Search (GG), email, CRM, and Web Analytics platforms (fashion/retail preferred)

!
3-5 years of experience with Loyalty and CRM Marketing

!
Strong verbal and written skills to communicate results, plans, and progress to peers, partners, and the executive team

!
Proven track record for managing successful email and CRM campaigns

!
Experience with vendor selection, business development, and budget management

!
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
