About the Role:

In the role of HR & Office Advisor you will be responsible for the day to day HR and office processes for the EMEA reagion. You will report into VP Global HR (Based in L.A.) and the Finance Director - EMEA and a support 40 FTE population across 3 locations. Aligned with the EMEA MT and global HR organisation you will plan, organise and implement HR innitiatives to grow our talent across the region (70% of time). Also responsible for workplace, you will coordinatoe the operations of our 3 locations. Amsterdam EMEA HQ plus the London and Dusseldorf sales offices (30% of time).

What You'll Do:


!
Creating and implementing the annual HR plan in alignment with both the EMEA MT and Global HR team in Los Angeles

!
Managing the full employee life cycle including recruiting, onboarding, talent development, retention, leave and absenteeism management, offboarding

!
Coordinate the HR administrative and payroll process (ADP via intermediate service)

!
Drive initiatives like diversity & inclusion and cultural events like our all-staffs, brand conferences and giving trips

!
Maintaining HR policies, Employee & Office Handbooks

!
Coordinate daily facility and office tasks, partnering with external partners for security and facility management

!
Maintaining office supplies & groceries. Monitoring office Technology together with internal tech team

!
Working with external parties like employment lawyers, office landlords, ARBO services, pension & benefits providers


What You'll Bring :
!
3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, in an international environment

!
Ability to independently run all HR processes

!
Pragmatice, hands-on-mentality. People & process focused, Curious mindset, able to deal with diffrent cultures

!
Strong interest in workplace management and "Hybrid way of working"

!
High attention to detail, structctered and organised

!
Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and Dutch

!
Knowledge of Dutch Employment law, knowledge of UK and German laws are a plus

!
Ability to create trust in conversations and maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data and employee information

!
Drive to imrove lives through business

!
Don't mind occasional travel and working flexibel hours to align with US team (based in L.A)
