About the Role:

TOMS is in business to improve lives. When you wear or work with TOMS, you help fund access to mental health resources for the millions of people who need them. As the Customer Service Representative EMEA you will support the Customer Service Team on order fulfillment process.You work closely with our customers and TOMS logistics team.

What Youll Do:
• Order entry capability Key Accounts
• Proactively approach and resolve order delivery issues
• Coordinating relabeling and repackaging requirements
• Oversee the sales order fulfillment process from creation all the way down to the customer receipt, ensuring we deliver upon expectations and within the agreed timeframe, cost and quality targets. (regular, samples & returns)
• Proactively work on wholesale post-delivery customer service issues and product returns (credits/debits/returns)
• Assist with customer financial disputed related matters
• Interface with 3rd party warehouses and/or fulfillment warehouses within Europe
• Support the Customer Service team with MOQ

What You Bring:
• Commitment to making kindness in business a standard
• Strongly customer-centric
• 3-5 years of experience in a B-to-B Customer Service role, in an international environment
• Experience within wholesale fashion preferred
• Experienced in working with SAP and at high proficiency level with Excel
• Fluent in English (Dutch not required)
• Currently based in the Netherlands
• Ability to work in a team environment, good communicator that enjoys interacting with customers, our warehouse and colleagues from Sales and Finance
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment with deadlines
• Ability to think creatively
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on mentality is expected
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner
• Multi-task on projects with the ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision
