Job Summary The Digital Copywriter is the creative bridge between Marketing and Ecommerce. They are responsible for developing and executing ideas that achieve brand and business objectives through owned and paid media, including but not limited to emails/newsletters, TOMS.com, banners, and paid social. Essential Responsibilities • Write clear, persuasive, original copy in support of brand marketing and ecommerce goals across digital channels; revise or redevelop in response to feedback from creative directors and internal clients • Develop compelling strategies that translate brand campaigns and ecommerce needs into product-forward messaging that drives sales, in partnership with the digital designer • Leverage cultural moments and socially relevant storytelling to create concepts that drive product sales beyond what is briefed by brand marketing and ecommerce Requirements and Qualifications • Relevant work experience including a 360 approach to brand communications • Demonstrate excellence with writing, spelling and grammar • A self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, collaborative and flexible • A master of creative messaging strategies and of different voices for different audiences • Ability to multi-task, self-organize and work under deadline pressure Education and Experience • Bachelors Degree in Journalism, English or Communications • 5+ years of experience • A qualification in English, journalism, copywriting, public relations, or literary/media studies • Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment EEO Statement: TOMS is an equal opportunity employer and will consider applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the ordinance. • Back Share • • • • • Apply Now
