Job Summary As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst you will hunt for value across the supply chain and build reports to convey these opportunities to an executive audience. Prepare and manage the PMO (Project Management Organization). The role will establish, track and report key supply chain metrics for the department, including: inventory turns, customer service, on-time performance, total costs and forecast accuracy. The role will focus on different supply chain and adjacent functions and help ensure accurate, consistent reporting across the department, including building reports from the ground up and validating source data and calculations. This function will also help the executive team to prepare for the recurring S&OP and Executive S&OP meetings. Cross functional inventory management reporting will be an important and integral part of this function Essential Responsibilities • Build and maintain a planning dashboard that consolidates KPI progress and analysis reporting (root cause analytics) in BI, Excel, Tableau and but also other tools as needed. Build visualizations to demonstrate key value-driving opportunities. • Collect, validate and publish KPIs weekly and monthly (input to S&OP cycle), for executive report out • Assist on supply and demand planning projects as needed • Ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned • Analyze historical data As well As future forecast to create KPIs and analyze results. • Establish and operate one stop shop for external communication for backward-looking KPIs and forward forecasts Requirements and Qualifications • Microsoft Office Suite (5+ yrs) • SAP preferred (3+ yrs) • SAP BI preferred (3+ yrs) • Supply chain and business analytics (5+ yrs) • Tableau (3+ yrs) • Sales and Operations Planning (0-3 yrs) Education and Experience • BA Degree in Supply Chain or Business • 5+ years of related work experience, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry/Additional 2+ years w/o a degree • Ability to thrive in an environment with evolving processes and a high degree of ambiguity • Exceptional Follow-through • Project management skills 3+ EEO Statement: TOMS is an equal opportunity employer and will consider applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the ordinance. • Back Share • • • • • Apply Now
