Job Summary Support the TOMS eCommerce Digital Marketing with tasks across paid social media, search marketing, email marketing, display media and emerging marketing channels, including marketplace listing (Amazon, Jet, eBay) and large scale influencer marketing. Activities include: organizing media assets, providing reporting support, trafficking digital marketing projects, influencer outreach, and providing QA support across channels. The role will report into the manager of search/social and display marketing with support for the emerging channels and retention marketing sides of the business as well. Essential Responsibilities • Assist with media asset coordination by working with TOMS internal creative team to gather and expand marketing assets for paid social, affiliate banners and display media • Work with marketplace manager to manage product feeds and requirements for Amazon, eBay, and other 3rd party sites • Support email team with quality assurance of campaigns before deployment • Support influencer marketing team with coordination of influencers, coordination of influencer participation and collection of content generated by influencer marketers. • Reporting support for paid social, paid search, marketplace listings, display media, and influencer marketing. • Support the execution of TOMS eCommerce promotions, by assisting in set up and testing of promocodes and campaign execution Requirements and Qualifications • High level of attention to detail and organization skills, with a plus for experience conducting quality assurance (0-3 yrs) • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords and agency management. Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint.
