Job Summary The Business Systems Analyst- eCommerce is a highly collaborative role and the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and knowledge of eCommerce business processes, digital solution architecture, and project management capabilities. A successful candidate is a strong communicator and can manage large-scale eCommerce projects and initiativesworking with team members to understand business requests, ensuring requirements are documented and understood by the development teams, and validating that the production launch is successful and fulfills the business requirements. This position will focus on initiatives that reach across TOMS integrated systems landscape, including but not limited to TOMS eCommerce engine (Oracle Commerce), TOMS ERP (SAP), and into TOMS warehouses. The position actively engages and works with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and eCommerce related continuous improvement projects. This role requires an understanding of Oracle Commerce platform suite (ATG & Endeca) and experience in project management methodologies including Agile/Scrum. Experience in a high traffic, high online revenue transaction businesses a must. Primary responsibilities include the following: Having a conceptual understanding of data-flow across systems as to recommend effective options for implementing business functionality and process changes across the landscape Collaborating with business owners and stakeholders to lead requirements gathering and analysis Working with business partners to design and continuously enhance business processes. Overseeing the implementation and ongoing maintenance for supporting online content releases, including User Acceptance Testing and post-launch phase Managing integration with 3rd parties and vendors, to ensure end-to-end process delivery and business results. Collaborating with scrum masters and project managers to create timely project status reports for all cross-functional stakeholders Escalating project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as required Responsible for ensuring project documentation, decisions, and specifications are documented and maintained Essential Responsibilities • Responsible for collaborating with business owners and stakeholders to lead requirements gathering and analysis for new initiatives that will drive the business forward • Managing expectations across business and tech teams by documenting requirements/user stories in Jira for developers to use. Updating tickets as clarification is required. • Helping to shape and prioritize the product roadmap based on business needs and ROI • Providing production support involving troubleshooting issues across various systems • Assisting in and coordinating User Acceptance Testing • Managing and reporting on large-scale projects • Creating project documentation including assumptions, key decisions, milestones/timelines • Working with business partners to design and continuously enhance business processes. Requirements and Qualifications • Work experience in eCommerce environment (3-5 yrs) • Agile/Scrum methodology experience (0-3 yrs) • Strong data analytical abilities with hands-on experience (3-5 yrs) • Ability to translate user requirements into functional specifications and systems design as it pertains to eCommerce initiatives (3-5 yrs) • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement (3-5 yrs) • Experience with ERP system, SAP AFS a plus (0-3 yrs) • Excellent written and verbal communication/facilitation skills (3-5 yrs) • Experience with Oracle Commerce a plus (0-3 yrs) Education and Experience • Bachelors Degree (Business or Information Systems a plus) • Prior experience with Oracle Commerce and SAP/SAP AFS, a plus • Agile/Scrum experience and/or certification EEO Statement: TOMS is an equal opportunity employer and will consider applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the ordinance. • Back Share • • • • • Apply Now
