TOMS UK is hiring! We are looking for a Sales Representative (South of UK) In this role you will be responsible for managing and developing your designated area of independent accounts in line with UK strategy and company targets. To develop long-term sustainable turnover and customer relationships, while working together with Sales & Marketing as well as other relevant teams to deliver long-term goals for accounts in line with company vision and values (One for One). Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. You will work from our London showroom or remote within the South of the UK. In this job you will: • Deliver agreed annual sales targets. • Effectively manage existing designated independent customers, understanding customer and brand requirements and maximizing specific account opportunities. • Identify and develop independent account base across all genders, outlining the best fitting account in each potential area. • Bring on board key independent aspirational fashion stores (nationwide) to sell elevated TOMS products. • Deliver training to account base and ensure the One for One message and product knowledge is communicated effectively to the end consumer. • Ensure TOMS is represented to the maximum potential in store through Visual Merchandising and POS amongst other marketing channels. • Provide feedback on future product needs and competitor activity at all branded levels. • Keep the accounts updated with Marketing and PR activity as well as TOMS movement updates. • Maximize repeat opportunities through selling of free stock that TOMS have on in-line products. • Contact accounts for sell through performance and possible repeat buy opportunities. • Possess at all times an up to date knowledge of the market and direct competitors. • Manage the customer order book to ensure product is delivered within requested delivery window. • Liaise with all departments within TOMS, ensuring effective internal communication; • Customer Service team, ensuring high service levels. • Credit/Finance team, to ensure speedy resolution of any payment issues. • Continually analyse sales versus target, and to take appropriate action to remedy any gaps. • Continually collate, analyse & effectively action upon customer sell through data. • Help promote and positively develop the TOMS One for One message. Do you have: • Experience in sports lifestyle and a knowledge of sneaker distribution (huge pre!) • An understanding of the mainstream and high end branded market. • A high level of interest and awareness in current trend and fashions. • Solid sales experience gained within leading brands ideally with experience of fashion footwear market. • A proven track record in sales including the development of new accounts. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. • Solid written and verbal communication skills. • High levels of personal motivation. • Excellent product presentation skills. • Exceptional understanding of the target market, and ability to position the brand accurately. • An understanding of the importance of developing and maintaining TOMS image and One for One message. • Willingness to learn and develop in a fast paced pan-continental environment Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our TOMS family!
