Job Summary The Go-To-Market Operations Analyst is responsible for coordinating the different GTM calendars, and supporting related processes to drive visibility and adherence tracking to the Go-To-Market Calendar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects, demonstrated analytical abilities with excellent detail orientation, and the interpersonal skills to meet the demands of a fast-paced, mission-driven, globally dispersed organization. Essential Responsibilities • Maintain and enhance views of the Master GTM calendars to ensure an efficient and executable plan for the different Ranges (R1, R2, R3, R4) per collections: • Inline = Lifestyle, Originals (Venice, Core and TOMS+), Tomorrows • SMUs/Collabs/Partnerships • Late Add and Special Project initiatives reacting to market demand • Ensure the ancillary calendars owned by different functions (Supply Planning, SMS Management, Creative ) are developed and fits within the Master GTM • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams and departments, including the following essential functions: Design, Merchandising, Footwear & Material Development and Fit, Asia Operations (AO), Demand & Supply Planning, Sales, Creative/Marketing, Master Data (SAP) • Support the acting Manager to gauge progress along GTM different critical paths; track and report weekly progress; identify and escalate risks as needed • Own publication of the GTM Updates to the calendar distribution list on the established cadence • Support the coordination and facilitation of calendar review sessions with teams, inclusive of: GTM status dashboard by season, ancillary calendars owned by other functions in Supply Chain, Creative highlighting any special projects, as well as providing visibility to upcoming milestones/activities, expectations and deadlines • Participate in weekly GTM reviews with Product Leadership team and support the timely execution of meeting recaps and action item follow-up • Submit weekly Progress, Plans, Problems (PPP) status report and weekly activity review with acting Manager • Other responsibilities as required Requirements and Qualifications • Strong skills in oral and written communication (5+ yrs) • Excellent analytical skills, organized and detail-oriented (5+ yrs) • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project) (5+ yrs) • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with flexibility and openness to change; solution oriented and seeks win-win opportunities (5+ yrs) • Self-starter that takes initiative and acts with urgency; possesses outstanding follow-through skills (5+ yrs) • Familiarity with lead times for Asia fashion product supplier base and working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (3-5 yrs) Education and Experience • Bachelors Degree or equivalent • 3+ years of related work experience, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry EEO Statement: TOMS is an equal opportunity employer and will consider applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the ordinance. • Back Share • • • • • Apply Now
