Sr. Financial Analyst Job in Los Angeles, VT

TOMS is looking for a Senior Analyst of FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) who will be responsible for providing financial support to drive business results and operating efficiencies for TOMS. This position will work with other members of the Finance Team and work closely with various business partners and the leadership team. This position will track and analyze key metrics and provide financial support to enable business growth and identify opportunities and risks in the business This position will support budgeting and forecasting needs for the Direct to Consumer Channel of TOMS (eCommerce and Retail). The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting, developing and improving the financial processes that enable sound planning and decision making for our Direct to Consumers team. This position reports to the Director of Finance. Essential Responsibilities • Support the development and continuous improvement of the companys Annual Operating Plan, Forecasting Process and Long-Range Plan • Prepare the monthly and quarterly financial reports to various departments • Close involvement in preparing and providing reporting needed for Lender and Private Equity Partners • Assist Accounting Team in monthly Close Process • Help drive a strong culture focused on teamwork, accountability and driving results • Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives, using advanced Excel skills and SAP Queries, with an eye toward automating the overall process. • Develop and analyze key performance indicators relevant to the business • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed Requirements and Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis. • Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills. • Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment • Demonstrated experience in developing complex financial models, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis. • Strong partnership and collaborative style with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills. • Ability to think strategically and act tactically. Education and Experience • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required; Masters preferred. • Advance knowledge of Excel, SAP and BI. • Experience in fashion industry or manufacturing.
