About the job

This role will liaise directly with various business units across the company in order to address their needs, including researching and providing advice on issues faced by the business. This position will handle basic contract drafting, review and negotiation, including confidentiality agreements, service provider agreements, form agreements regularly used by the business people and agreements provided by third parties. This role will also be the in-house resource for compliance with legal requirements related to sweepstakes, contests, promotions, and cause marketing. This position will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Legal Departments global corporate entity portal, along with ensuring compliance with legal requirements in foreign jurisdictions, with assistance from local counsel as needed. In addition, this position will oversee and maintain the Legal Departments contract management system, and s/he will develop, update and maintain the Legal Departments forms library.
