TOMS Germany is looking for anexperienced Marketing Manager to join our young and dynamic team. For this role you will be located in Dsseldorf. As a Marketing Manager for Germany you will support the EMEA marketing objectives and tasks as they relate to key brand and commercial objectives within the German marketplace across all channels. This role will build and execute key retail programs, support any alternative sales and events programming for the German market and support major product stories within the regional strategy. More details on the job, you will:
⏵ Lead Brand Marketing efforts in the German and Austrian markets
⏵ Coordinate regional production (in collaboration with EMEA HQ) of marketing resources and collateral for sell-in and sell through
⏵ Develop and support major brand initiatives from an integrated perspective with events, influencers and commercial opportunities
⏵ Support Marketing and Product Merchandising departments with marketplace feedback, better informing the EMEA team on regionally-specific consumer insights, trends and product attributes
⏵ Develop and support key product launch strategies for the German market across all channels
⏵ Serve up new, disruptive and innovative German specific marketing opportunities across platforms to deepen awareness and increase impact and regional reach Are you/Do you have:
⏵ Brand Marketing experience, +8 years
⏵ Knowledge of brand related activations: influencer programs, event
⏵ Knowledge of fashion lifestyle business: footwear knowledge an advantage
⏵ Strong ability to work as a team player or individually to achieve set requirements
⏵ Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills required
⏵ Use sound judgment in decision making with results driven orientation
⏵ Strong expertise and understanding of the German marketplace and competitive landscape
⏵ Ability to network and grow each program and initiatives based on established relationships and new opportunities
⏵ Working knowledge of digital content management and social media conversations
⏵ Highly organized, detail oriented and possessing outstanding follow-through
⏵ Ability to communicate upward and generate innovative approaches to all major objectives above
⏵ Strong financial management skills, being able to plan budgets, track spend and determine ROI and make decisions accordingly
