Job Summary:
The Site Merchandising Coordinator will be the first point of contact with our products, building them across TOMS.com, contributing to the planned sales and gross margin goals.The Coordinator will work closely with management to ensure consistency and accuracy on all product listings throughout their life-cycle. Day-to-day, you will work collaboratively with the cross functional partners, as this role will perform collection and updates to TOMS.com to create a positive user experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
! Set up and launch new products on-site correctly and in a timely manner to drive incremental sales, leveraging a global team as appropriate
! Own go-live timing of new styles based on campaign, inventory, and production schedules
! Monitor weekly inventory and proactively engage cross-functional partners to ensure product launches are on-time with 100% inventory according to market campaign dates
! Drive the creative assets request process; manage and review onsite merchandising to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, and pricing are accurate, consistent, and adhere to brand standards
! Own sample coordination; create and drive sample system solutions for assigned category and assist Merchandisers in style-out meetings
! Work cross-functionally to recommend site improvements (ie. filters, shop by size, etc.) that enhance customer shopping experience and conversion rates
! Execute planned digital marketing initiatives for designated merchandise area throughout appropriate digital channel(s)
! Assist in executing digital shops to meet digital marketing needs, as directed by merchandise lead
! Align merchandising activities through product content and site merchandising with marketing, assortment, inventory, and product margin goals
! Ensure quality and integrity of product attributes; optimize PDP page maximizing creative assets
Requirements & Qualifications:
! 1-3 years of experience managing the back-end of an eCommerce platform
! Strong Excel skills, including vlookups, sumifs, etc.
! Degree in Business Administration, Fashion or Merchandising preferred
! Experience with CPG or Fashion preferred
! Experience with ATG, Endeca, and Google Analytics preferred
! Strong verbal and written communication skills
! Excellent attention to detail
! Strong organizational skills
! Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while shifting priorities
! Ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 15 lbs
