TOMS London storeis looking for anexperienced Supervisor to join our young and dynamic team.
As a Supervisor you are responsible for the daily running of store. You will ensure promotions are accurate and in compliance with TOMS standards. You will make sure all staff are fully informed on the target for the day and ensure that customer care is top priority.
More details on the job, you will:
⏵ Manage retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor
⏵ Make sure pricing is correct
⏵ Work on store displays
⏵ Coach, counsel, discipline and train employees
⏵ Identify market trends that appeal to customers
⏵ Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
⏵ Maintain inventory
⏵ Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with TOMS standards
⏵ Make sure that health and safety measures are met
⏵ Ensure that hours of operation are following local laws
⏵ Become part of the TOMS family and get to know the ins and out of our unique brand
Are you/Do you have:
⏵ In the possession of a High school diploma or equivalent.
⏵ Experienced in retail sales, hospitality, merchandising, or marketing.
⏵ Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial.
⏵ Passionate about giving, upbeat, friendly and authentic.
⏵ Experienced in the footwear marketplace.
⏵ Experienced using various POS systems.
⏵ Able to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekends as business dictates.
