Job Summary

The Digital Content Specialist works cross-functionally in a highly visible role to help grow our eCommerce sales by supporting the planning and execution of content strategy for the TOMS websites. They will request, deliver, test, and publish content to the websites. They will effectively prioritize competing requests and keep stakeholders notified of progress. They will also work with the web development team to prepare and enter tickets for support and new feature enhancements. This role will support the Digital Content Manager with the testing program, aiding in the process to convert online shoppers into buyers through creative, informed, content-driven A/B tests.

Essential Responsibilities
! Manage & prioritize content requests from various stakeholders via internal task management system (includes setting expectations and managing communication updates to keep others informed)
! Own the content workflow from planning, creative development, publishing, QA and optimize it to support the business needs most efficiently
! Execute weekly content updates (HP; category pages, etc.) and build new content pages using SFCC Page Designer templates & third-party tools. Requires light HTML knowledge. Occasionally requires after-hours support.
! Manage third party vendor(s) and integration of new Content tools. Deploy website experiences through 3rd party tools.
! Support testing program by collaborating with Content Manager through ideation phase, test creation, QA, execution, and data analysis to recommend a long-term plan
! Collaborate with the UI/UX team for the creation of wireframes, and with the Creative team to educate them on which design elements are available for us in new page designs
! Compile analytics and reporting to report to larger business team during weekly reviews. Prepare Weekly Website Screenshots for performance reporting.
! Create content guidelines and training documents for other teams on a number of topics (how to release files; how to follow workflow; how to create & manage website content)
! Manage retail store locator updates; upload videos to hosting platform; Audit the site for outdated content and update
! Work with Web Development team in the creation and project management of new feature tickets
! Drive bi-weekly meetings with EMEA team to confirm website content consistency
! Design creative assets & write copy for site content (resizing, compressing, cropping)

Requirements & Qualifications
! Ability to manage multiple tasks through project management tools
! Ability to think critically and execute tasks accurately
! 1-2 years experience with HTML coding
! Excellent written and verbal communication skills
! Strong organizational and planning skills necessary
! Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
! Displays exceptional follow-through and initiative

Education & Experience
! Bachelors degree (Marketing or Business Administration a plus)
! 1-3 years of digital experience is REQUIRED
! 1-2 years experience withHTML coding REQUIRED
! Experience with Google Analytics andGoogle Optimize required
! Experience with Adobe Photoshop Preferred
! Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud is highly desirable
