TOMS is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead global marketing programs from concept to completion, and drive coordinated brand communications across different channels and regions. In this role, you'll develop the marketing roadmap, build integrated program strategies and plans, lead brand and marketing communications, project manage and execute activations to support sell-in and sell-through, and conduct ongoing competitive and program analysis. This position is a key partner for achieving brand, category, and channel goals for cross-functional and cross-channel teams, including Marketing, Creative, Product, Giving, Consumer Insights, and Merchandising.



What You'll Do:
• Help develop seasonal marketing campaigns, as well as brand and product marketing strategies (including Consumer Target, Positioning, and Media Mix)
• Build marketing plans for priority programs in partnership with cross-functional and cross-channel partners during key planning and program milestones; assess stakeholder feedback and business needs to further develop, adapt, and/or build upon marketing approach
• Contribute to identifying prospects and building business case and strategy for potential brand partnerships and/or special programs
• Track and share competitive activity and trends, as well as their larger implications
• Support marketing planning and prioritization within the Go-to-Market process, balancing Global, Regional, and Channel needs
• Track and analyze business results and brand health metrics; understand the business dynamics at both the Global and Channel level and use analytics to build recommendations and inform decision-making
• Leverage insights and marketing experience to complement data findings in shaping marketing direction
• Define action steps to proactively address opportunities and gap vs. plan
• Lead execution of priority brand and product marketing programs, globally; manage market activations from ideation and planning to launch; drive asset creation from briefing to file release, across marketing and sales channels; understand channel and regional dynamics in development
• Develop success metrics for key marketing programs and activations; track ongoing results and complete post-launch recap and analysis; share findings with stakeholders along with recommendations to inform future planning
• Build and manage budgets for assigned marketing programs
• Drive communication approach for Product and Impact storytelling in partnership with cross-functional partners
• Ensures clear and consistent consumer focus, messaging, and brand voice across regions and channels
• Contribute to content strategy and calendar in partnership with internal teams



What YouBring:
• 5+ years of experience with brand management and product marketing, ideally with footwear, fashion, or consumer lifestyle brands
• Passion for fashion and social impact
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Strong knowledge of and experience with applying marketing fundamentals
• Strong project management experience
• Working knowledge of business and financial planning
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
