About the job
About the Role:
TOMS is in business to improve lives. Are you a Digital Content Coordinator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills? Our digital content team is looking for a Coordinator to help grow our eCommerce sales by supporting the execution of content strategy for the TOMS US/CA websites. The Coordinator will effectively prioritize competing requests and keep stakeholders informed and notified of progress toward completion. The Coordinator will configure, test, and publish content to the websites, paying close attention to the first-time quality and ensuring defined completion dates and service levels are met. This role will support the Digital Content Manager with the testing program, aiding in the process to convert online shoppers into buyers through creative, informed, content-driven A/B test.
What Youll Do:
! Execute weekly content updates (HP; category pages, etc ) and build new content pages using SFCC Page Designer templates & third - party tools . Requires light HTML knowledge. Occasionally requires after-hours support.
! Deploy behavioral website experiences (banners; promotional messaging, etc ) through 3 rd party tools.
! Support the content workflow from planning, creative development, QA, publishing , post-production review
! Support setup and execution of A/B and multi-variate tests including QA across devices & browsers.
! Create Content guidelines and training documents for other teams on a number of topics (how to release files; h ow to follow workflow; how to create & manage website content)
! Manage retail store locator updates; U pload videos to hosting platform; Audit the site for outdated content and update.
! Design creative assets & write copy for site content (resizing, compressing, cropping)
What You Bring:
! Ability to manage multiple threads through project management tools & execute against a defined timeline
! Experience with light HTML coding
! Excellent written and verbal communication skills
! Strong attention to detail and ability to QA own work
! Strong organizational and planning skills necessary
! Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and display exceptional initiative and follow-through
! 1-3 years of digital experience
! Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud
