Were hiring for a maternity leave cover starting 28 June and ending mid-November, offering a fixed term TOMS contract.
The Ecommerce Merchandiser TOMS EMEA is responsible for the online merchandising of our businesses on TOMS EMEA sites; SHOPTOMS.NL, SHOPTOMS.DE, TOMS.FR & TOMS.CO.UK. This position is accountable for executing and monitoring TOMS sites monthly merchandise plan and calendar, and will work with the buying, marketing, content and UX teams to execute the merchandising strategy.
What Youll Do
! Maintain an accurate awareness & make decisions based on business context, including customer intent, competitive pressures, and internal variables (ie. branding objectives, stock position, pricing, deliveries, site performance, etc.)
! Collaborates with merch planning, digital marketing teams as well as content team to assure assortment and content is reflected online with integrity and accuracy. Communicates to the buying, product and content teams action plans and items to increase the performance of online metrics.eg. Start dates, assortment boards, etc.
! Conducts analysis and utilizes data to guide ongoing improvements to merchandise presentation and performance.
! Responsible to track and optimize onsite search
! Owns the weekly cross-functional calendar from an e-Biz perspective. Ensures that all merchandising, marketing and promotion deadlines are met.
! Understands the merchandising and promotional levers and utilizes this knowledge to create & execute the site merchandising plan across different markets.
! Understands the effectiveness of their merchandising real estate and monitors performance of assigned product category on a daily basis.
! Executes different merchandising strategies across user segments, channels and products
! Creates and maintains an assortment and visual presentation that maximizes selling opportunities.
What You Bring
! 3-5 years' experience in an online/site merchandising role, in an international environment
! Experience within fashion required, experience with shoes preferred
! Pragmatic, hands-on mentally. Analytics & process focused. Curious mindset, commercial feel for different customers and cultures
! Experience in e-commerce back-end (Salesforce, Google Analytics + excel a plus)
! High attention to details, structured & organized
! Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch;
! Intrinsic motivation to improve lives through business
! Dont mind occasional flexible hours to align with the US team
