About the Role:
The E-Commerce Specialist is a newly created role that will be critical to managing the growing E-Commerce business in TOMS Americas Wholesale. This job will be focused on two areas:
Dropship management: This will involve planning the units upfront, managing the sell-throughs weekly, making sure that there is enough inventory in each specific account plant, getting retailer item setups completed accurately and on time, working with retailers website requirements and essentially anything required in the process.
Manage online portion of retailers digital sites: This includes the process of getting all the data needed to get styles posted on the retailers sites.

What Youll Do:
Dropship:
• Manage and provide daily vendor account support through analytics/reporting, training, and education/re-education, resulting in improved dropship performance including order management, inventory management, days to ship, fill rate, sell-thru, and other sales, performance and operational metrics
• Partner with business teams to determine vendor strategies to maximize the vendors financial performance
• Function as dropship subject matter expert, drive operational improvements and project execution, resulting in an overall customer and operational experience improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our vendor partners are compliant with our internal operational processes, procedures, and metrics
• Partner with vendors to document best practices and provide input on process changes to develop efficiencies in the dropship process; provide opportunities for cross functional learning, collaboration, and process improvement
• Drive cross-functional projects to develop new dropship partnerships, vendor operations and compliance initiatives across business teams
E-Commerce:
• Load, manage and optimize content and copywriting of existing and new products to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing and site placement are accurate and meet brand/platform standards
• Create, Monitor, and analyze SKU performance, accuracy, ratings and customer reviews and update product descriptions to better serve the costumer
• Work with Ecommerce team to build and maintain highest quality product feeds

Sales Coordination and Support:
• Retail selling reporting support
• Sales samples management
What You Bring:
• 3+ years planning, buying or merchandising experience in a retail/e-commerce, or wholesale environment
• Ability to manage multiple threads through project management tools & execute against a defined timeline
• Ability to think critically and synthesize a story (the why) from performance data/metrics and develop plans to address & optimize
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills necessary
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and display exceptional initiative and follow-through
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Data analysis
• Bachelors degree preferred
