The eCommerce Account Manager is responsible to manage the profitably of the sales and marketing activities, forecasting, achieving yearly sales and margin targets. A successful candidate will have strong knowledge and understanding of consumer products distribution, sales, forecasting, managing accounts, marketing activities, general internet marketing and sales activities, and retailer compliance requirements.

Candidate must thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment while maintaining the discipline to be methodical and organized to satisfy internal requirements and handle multiple priorities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create account and channel strategy then execute among buyers in a well organized and meaningful presentation.
• Serve as key point of contact, internally and externally, for Amazon account and other internet channels.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets; including strategies to penetrate key accounts and grow direct-to-consumer sales.
• Use data analytics to mitigate channel conflict and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze industry and competitor trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Manage internal demand, create and maintain annual forecast of products sold online.
• Manage product lines through an ongoing evaluation of current products and positioning.
• Develop, plan and manage the yearly marketing and promotion plan.
• Manage current catalog and set up new listing, including content & imagery to drive sales.
• Actively seek out direct contact and communication with existing and potential internet customers to solicit sporting goods sales.
• Coordinate and communicate customer compliance requirements to relevant departments to ensure orders are processed and shipped properly with minimal disruption to the supply chain.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our competition and market gaps, work with Business Line Managers (BLM’s) and Product Development Managers (PDM’s) to develop solutions that align with the distribution channel strategies and company objectives.
