Job Description

Sales Operations Coordinator - Domestic Accounts is a critical position for the success of Stussy’s wholesale business in North America. This position will support the Sales Operations Manager as well as Sales Management by executing and maintaining operational systems, processes, and support the existing customer base. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting the management in identifying gaps in current processes, collaborating with other departments both within and external to sales operations, as well as deploying new processes that create efficiency for the company. This position requires a positive and mature individual who can project confidence in our products, people and processes as well as can take on daily challenges with innovative solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide Customer Service for Domestic USA accounts:

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer’s inquiries
• Monitor and maintain a clean open order book
• Aid during pre-booking season and deadlines
• Provide timely communication with reps and customers on issues or delays
• Acquire proper documents and approvals prior to the issuance of returns (RMA)

Vendor Compliance and Customer Service for Major Accounts:

• Review majors order books to ensure timely allocation of orders
• Review and maintain routing and compliance guides
• Research and stay abreast of current compliance trends
• Communicate requirements and best practices
• Research distribution issues that result in non-compliance

Partner with Sales Reps:

• Maintain a clean order book by reviewing and communicating with reps on issues or delays
• Make any necessary changes to existing orders
• Troubleshoot and research orders and shipping complications for expedient resolution
• Provide reporting to Reps as needed

Accounts Receivable:

• Partner with sales on credit hold issues to help mitigate lost sales
• Follow up on short paid or late invoices
• Obtain Prepay credit card authorizations
• Obtain all proper approvals and backup before issuing credit memo requests

Job Requirements

• Full Circle ERP system or equivalent ERP system experience is a must
• 3-5 years experience in a CSR, Sales Operations, or Accounts Receivable role in the Apparel Industry
• 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs or Google Suite
• High School Graduate, Required
• 4 Year Degree, Preferred
• Ability to lift and move common paperwork, files or supplies.
