You will also step inside the exciting world of retail and explore the fast-paced environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis is a great opportunity to work with all levels of the organization and work with different functions in helping the company achieve its goal of becoming a data-driven company.You will support the business planning team and work closely with our commercial sales teams to turn data on how we are performing in the marketplace into actionable insights and improve visibility into point-of-sale performance.Our function aims to enable the company to react to changes and trends as well as to identify risks and opportunities. Rookie responsibilities will also consist of participating in key projects as well as tool building/management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: !    Assist in performance reporting, creation of dashboards (Tableau interface) summarizing retailer KPIs.!    Combining performance data and sales forecasts to present E2E dashboards.!    Deep dives into categories / brand marketing performance / demand peaks to support the prospective and performance-driven approach of a suitable product assortment!    Support cross-POD strategic projects (e.g. performance dashboards, E2E dashboards) with forward-looking trend tools, and central tools for sales supporting functions!    Work cross-functionally on central reporting projects Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Interest in the consumer and understanding of commercial businessMicrosoft Excel skills required, Tableau experience a plusEducation And / Or ExperienceApplicants with experience in business administration, economics, statistics, sport, IT, consumer insights or retail industry welcome.Application process Successful candidates will be contacted within the first 2 weeks after application.
