He/she will have the opportunity to embark on a 360° learning journey and become a part of the team behind the UA Visual Merchandising (VM) department.Areas Of Learning & ResponsibilitiesVM (Wholesale) ProjectResponsible for the VM design and setup with the wholesale team.Perform store visits and provides guidance to retail teammates. Asset Coordination & Management.Manage in-store Campaigns. Design strategies and develop the key story, material research, final mechanicals, and implementation. VM Retail Projects Responsible for the VM design and setup with the retail teammates.Manage brand projects, product launches, and store displays, with frequent store visits to upkeep maintenance.Ensure that the visual merchandising guidelines adhere to brand image and standards.What exposures will you gain by the end of the internship?Exposure to the foundation of Visual Merchandising.Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience to support retail & wholesale.How to communicate across a diverse organization with many different function, cultures, geographies, and preferencesWho are we looking for?Has a strong interest in VM, Fashion & Sports/Fitness (considering a future career in this industry)A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & drivenUnderstands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgencyAble to work with a team/independently where neededWilling to listen, include and respect the beliefs of teammatesProficiency in Adobe Design/ Sketchup / Microsoft Office suite/ with a focus on Excel & PowerPoint as well.
