Together our teammates are unified by our values and are grounded in our vision to inspire you with performance solutions you never knew you needed but can’t imagine living without.Position SummaryThe Compensation Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support for Under Armour’s global compensation programs, including benchmarking, short- and long-term incentives, pay analysis, and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) administration. The Compensation Analyst will also collaborate with other members of the Human Resources team to provide compensation support for functional organizations that span across all business units.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupports the compensation team through detailed analysis of compensation programs and initiativesParticipate in compensation salary surveys to assist with benchmarking and market pricingProvide analytical support to HRIS & HRIT regarding configuration, reporting and administrationRoutinely audit programs and processes for compliance and respond to audit requestsAssist with annual compensation process (merit, bonus, equity), as neededAdminister Employee Stock Purchase Plan:Administer monthly global ESPP enrollments and purchasesCoordinate with tax for SAFE and tax code managementIncentive Compensation Administration:Assist in processing retail incentive programsSupport planning and documentation around internal processesAdminister and manage plan documentation to teammatesTrack and ensure timely payment for all one-time bonuses/awardsResearch, model, and support program enhancements/changesQualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Strong analytical and mathematical skillsAdvanced Excel skills to create spreadsheets and interpret data Strong verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with SuccessFactors and MarketPay preferredWorking knowledge of federal and state labor laws and common compensation practices and proceduresGrowth mindset, collaborative style of working and ability to work well in a matrix environmentExperience in a change-oriented & fast paced organization would be an advantageEducation And / Or ExperienceBachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in compensation, human resources, finance or related fieldsOther RequirementsLocation: This individual must reside within commuting distance from global headquarters in Baltimore, MDWork-Life Integration (WLI) Designation: Two (2) days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remoteRelocation & SalaryNo relocation providedBase Salary Range: $64,014 - $88,056 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
