Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibility is to translate marketing goals into an actionable plan for their product area – activation technologies (primarily email), data (sourcing, marketing data warehouse, CDI and hygiene, data enhancement), campaign orchestration, and reporting and attribution.  This role is responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from initial concept to implementation, and being the “voice of marketing” for technology enablement projects.
Be expert in the Digital Marketing domain and have deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
Own the technology product vision and initiate and maintain the product roadmap
Lead ideation of features and capabilities to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
Gather and prioritize product and stakeholder requirements, documenting them as functional specifications
Develop and implement a go-to-market/deployment plan, working with all stakeholders to execute
Develop and manage the business case through implementation for each project
Responsible for vendor management and negotiating statements of work and costs
Liaise/partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand goals and needs, to ensure thorough planning and communication among all teams involved to ensure the project’s success
Manages customer feedback and monitors deployment success
Provide training and support to stakeholders as required
Bridges the gap between customer experience strategy (Barbra’s team) and technology deployment teams
Is accountable for the successful design of new marketing technology capabilities as measured by (1) ROI on capability investments, (2) level of adoption of new capabilities by the organization, (3) speed and efficiency of implementation projects, and (4) overall advancement of Under Armour’s marketing capabilities. 
Technical Attributes of Candidate
7+ years’ experience managing relationships with internal business customers in IT field
7+ Product and/or project management experience, both processes and tools, with strong customer focus
Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem. Good knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities including AMPscript, SQL, automation studio, landing pages and journey builder
Strong consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead, functional lead, workstream lead, solution architect, project manager)
A bachelor's degree
Ability to translate relevant business concepts to efficient system driven processes
Technical knowledge with systems with focus on business process
Attain superior analytical skills to think through complex, multidimensional problems to see the bigger picture
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities and self.
Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
Project management certification preferred
