Summary:
Responsible for supporting corporate goals by way of maintaining business relationships and overall customer claims & chargeback activity for all North America business to business customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include but are not limited to the following:
Research operational, distribution, IT, sales allowance deductions in SAP, WM, SNC to determine validity of claims.
Communicate with customers and other company personnel, such as Customer Financial Services, Sales, Customer Account Service, Distribution Warehouse, Sourcing and Management to obtain details regarding the claim.
Log charge backs and report monthly on deductions and repayments.
Work with Manager to negotiate with retailers on settling operational and contractual charge backs and disputed issues.
Prepare disputes to request re-payment from customers on invalid claims.
Maintain data accuracy in compliance logs and Dispute Management.
Attend meetings in relation to Vendor Compliance.
Assist manager and other internal departments with special projects and other related tasks as needed.
Oversees special projects and assignments as needed and/or as requested by CFS Management.
Recommends to the Department Manager appropriate enhancements for department efficiency/automation/productivity.
Accepts additional tasks/duties as given by the Department Manager/Director.
Critical Skills
Clear, concise and organized written and oral communication skills are very important, as this position interacts with Sales, Credit, Customer Account Service, Logistics, Distribution, EDI, Retailers, etc.
Problem Solver - able to identify opportunities or issues and react quickly while being compliance driven and have the readiness to investigate and research policy and procedures.
Analytical – able to identify opportunities, separates issues, examines and draws conclusions
Compliance driven – readiness to investigate and research policy and procedures

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of experience with relevant business experience, i.e. Customer Account Service, Compliance or comparable role
A Customer Account Service, Credit Collections, or EDI background is preferred and should have experience operating in a larger environment with complexity and multiple priorities.
Computer Skills
Proficient in SAP, WM, BW, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite software.
