SUMMARY:
The Executive Support Analyst’s role is to provide white-glove support to the Senior Executive members and their Executive Assistants. This includes analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to Audio/Visual and Cisco WebEx, mobile device operation, and computer-related needs.  The position would serve as a liaison with the IT teams for escalated issues and drive all issues to resolution.  The position would serve as project manager for maintaining home office and offsite operations of computer equipment. The service includes but is not limited to the support of Executive meetings and events as well as fulfilling IT hardware and software procurement by partnering with IT on recommendations for products. The role is technical in nature, however requires a high degree of customer facing ability and professionalism due to its interaction with Under Armour’s senior Executive team. The position is a direct report to the IT Director of Global Service Desk.  This position requires travel as well as after hour and weekend support and implementation. High availability is a must.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Supporting audio/visual and teleconferencing technologies for Executive offices, meetings and events. 
On-site, off-site, and telephone support for select Senior Executive Team
Supporting mobile devices for Senior Executive Team
Provide direct support of Windows and Mac OSX platforms, as well as mobile platforms such as iOS and Android
Liaison with IT to resolve Incidents and fulfill Service Requests in a timely manner
Execute routine hardware/software deployments for Senior Executives and their Assistants
Serve as project manager, partnering with IT, for maintaining home office and offsite operations of computer equipment
Travel required as well as after hours and weekend availability for executive IT support
Coordinate, manage, and execute projects, track progress, revise deadlines and ensure they meet changing needs and requirements
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems
Develop technical documentation for other Executive IT Support staff and end users
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 2 years Executive IT Support experience
Experience in providing support in a high pressure, demanding environment
Strong working knowledge in desktops (Win7 and Mac OSX), tablets, and mobile (iOS and Android)
Strong working knowledge of Cisco WebEx and audio/visual technologies
Must have excellent presentation and communication skills, must be friendly, professional, and articulate.
Experience in onboarding, training, and mentoring new teammates
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general financial statements, business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports and business correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, clients, customers, etc.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Advanced.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
