Designer, Youth Apparel
Do you ever see a team’s apparel and think you can do better? You ever look at the sideline during a football game and consider what you would do differently? Do you love sports and design? Well this is an opportunity on which you can’t pass. This is a chance to design for the best performance apparel company in the world. We need a creative individual with a love for sports and an eye for form and function; an innovative thinker that’s eager to change the game and set new trends on the field of play.

What will I do at UA?
Own the Performance category for Youth apparel
Manage the design process from inspiration to technical drawings
Continue to nurture the brand identity and overall design vision as it relates to Team Sports apparel
Design and present team stories for Youth apparel “collections”
Develop and execute clear and detailed technical kits for development
Interact cross functionally with PLM’s, Tech Designers, Sports Marketers, and Fabric Developers on seasonal line development, including Fit Sessions
Innovate the way sports apparel is worn and continually improve overall sports competency through functional design
What does UA need from me?
3+ years of Design experience required, preferably in the sports industry
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledge and understanding of garment construction
BA or BFA in Design (Apparel Design preferred)
The ability to comfortably present in front of a large audience
Passion for sports and design, and the desire to change the game
