Job Summary:
Under Armour’s Information Technology department is looking for a qualified, highly motivated, and innovative Application Support Analyst to join the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) team. This is an opportunity to be part of a great success story, as Under Armour continues to impact the business like no other company. The candidate will support the global end-user community by performing SAP PTP related configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting within the following application areas: SAP FMS, SAP GTS, and SAP SNC.  Additionally this individual will gather business requirements and communicate technical solutions / issues to a non-technical audience, be responsible for developing technical and functional specifications, and assist in testing of changes. This position is a highly visible role which requires interaction with many departments across the global organization, with organizational leaders, and external business partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide PTP support and take ownership of key supply chain areas including procurement, inbound logistics, and inventory management functions, as well as support to other cross-functional IT teams, via the SAP FMS and SAP SNC applications
Support trade compliance by becoming an proficient in the utilization of the SAP GTS system
Become a subject matter expert and go-to person for end-to-end SAP PTP system functionality
Provide customer service, training, and support to the internal teammates to enable them to become self-sufficient in the operation of the system
Consistently network with internal customers to identify opportunities to improve the business functions through better training of existing system functionality, development of new enhancements, and/or adaptation of better business processes
As an expert in SAP PTP functionality through the various associated systems, provide support and knowledge transfer of system abilities to other SAP functional teams within the IT department to support their processes and development efforts
Partner with cross-functional teams to lead and support projects to improve system functionality throughout the entire development lifecycle: Problem identification
Detailed requirements gathering
Solution design and development
Testing
Training
Go-live and support of new functionality

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Information System Management, Computer Science, or a relevant business area such as Supply Chain Management preferred, but relevant professional experience will be considered.
