We are seeking to add to our energetic, self-motivated Global Store Development Program Management Team, supporting Under Armour’s global retail expansion.
The GSD PMO Lead will support the communications, development of standard operating procedures, project audits, and project process. This role will work directly with Global, Regional and Partner store development and wholesale teams around the world to track project success. This role partners with the GSD PMO team to maintain data systems, interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide value-add reporting to inform process improvements.
This role will focus on supporting the platform for delivery, ensuring global consistency and master data integrity, monitoring global risk, providing organizational and individual development and vetting opportunities for innovation. Additional responsibilities could involve working with management teams, providing support and technical expertise throughout the project planning and tracking process.
The optimal candidate will have advanced retail knowledge and international communication experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage cadence of strategic business reporting
Support GSD work streams platform inclusive of training and system auditing
Audit the performance of projects against global / channel-specific delivery standards
Provide product management for the global store design
Attend weekly project pipeline calls with all channels and install creative problem solving / spur interaction for all internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with global retail design, visual merchandising, retail marketing and retail supply
Demonstrate expertise in global retail construction and US wholesale retail programs
Support GSD learning and development platform of quarterly workshops and
Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in project management. Knowledge of retail, construction or program management experience preferred.
Global experience preferred
Related experience in program management
Advanced Excel and database skillset
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with internal teammates and external partners
Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
