SUMMARY:
The Sr. Manager, North America Loyalty Marketing will be responsible for developing loyalty marketing acquisition, retention, reactivation that drive toward overall program objectives and be responsible for ensuring execution in an ongoing test/learn/iterate environment . This role will lead the marketing relationships with our external credit loyalty partners and internal regional, brand marketing, creative and store operations partners to including regional and global marketing and creative teams to drive the Under Armour loyalty program. The role will be a key member of the North America Direct to Consumer team focused on driving incremental loyalty customer base size and health along with measurable customer lifetime value attributed to the program. The role will be in integral part of the overall strategic vision of the DTC business, shaping how UA integrates our loyalty program with our everyday promise of high quality innovative products, exceptional customer service, and differentiating athlete services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop and execute credit loyalty marketing strategies and plans that support overall program objectives.
•Create specific acquisition, retention, and reactivation plans leading to an increasing loyalty base size, health and customer lifetime value.
•Manage the credit loyalty marketing budget and ensure tracking and reporting of results vs. plans. Develop recommendations on how best to allocate program marketing investments as a key input into the program’s annual operating plan.
•Drive, lead, and execute the credit loyalty marketing test & learn program. Continuously iterate based on a robust test and learn environment.
•Develop and refine new workflows across regional and global marketing & creative teams to support and optimize the loyalty program.
•Influence key internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional partners to help advance the program objectives by sharing program marketing KPIs, wins, learnings and continuous improvement opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
•7-10 plus years’ experience in credit loyalty marketing
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance or Business Management
•Proven track record of managing relationships with external partners or vendors
•Excellent communication skills – ability to influence through strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
•Strong marketing, planning, project management and organizational skills
•Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing strategies
•Strong team player with ability leverage input from across the organization
