Summary
Under Armour has established an authentic and powerful brand positioning. The Senior Manager, Global Brand Management teammate will lead the development, execution and measurement of marketing efforts to drive awareness, consideration and purchase of Under Armour’s newest product and innovations.
An exciting and dynamic role, the Senior Manager, Global Brand Management is responsible for……
What will you do?
Develop long and short-term Brand strategy and positioning for the Under Armour Brand
Author all top-tier Global Brand Campaign briefs
Be the voice of the consumer; Collaborate with Consumer Insights on the collection of consumer trends
Obsessively track competitive activity, retail trends, cultural happenings, and industry updates
Partner with internal and external agencies/creative teams to develop campaign concepts & storytelling for top-tier Global Brand Campaigns
Partner with category teams – inclusive, but not limited to, Men’s Train, Women’s Train, Running, and Basketball – to meet business objectives and authentically bring campaigns to life
Partner with cross-functional teams to rally, connect, and coordinate 360-degree omnichannel Brand Campaign launches and activations across key partners – inclusive, but not limited to, DTC, wholesale, e-commerce, Connected Fitness, media, social, events, and PR
Strategically align with international/regional marketing teams to ensure top-tier Global Brand Campaign are regionally relevant
Lead top-tier Global Brand Campaign launches that build authenticity and credibility, drive consumer engagement, and achieve/exceed sales goals
Create and drive brand presentations shared with key UA stakeholders (e.g., the Founder/CEO, President, & SVPs)
Oversee Global Brand Campaign budgets to ensure marketing spends are properly allocated, tracked & optimized; Report effectiveness of marketing initiatives based on established key performance indicators (KPIs)
Act as the central point-of-contact & manage the relationship with UA’s external advertising agency of record (and other supplemental agencies, as needed)
Partner with the Marketing Operations team to ensure all teams are tracking on timelines and day-to-day needs; Own clear, consistent & timely communication to regional & x-functional stakeholders around key decisions, project milestones, and campaign plans
Serve as the key UA Brand representative at top-tier Global Brand Campaign film and photo shoots, ensuring shoot content best represents the UA Brand and its consumers

What have you accomplished already?
BA required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
Previous leadership experience
Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in the following areas, prior experience incorporating these elements into a fully integrated marketing strategy
Consumer and Business Analytics
Consumer Segmentation and Targeting
Marketing Strategy tied to a business plan (long and short-term)
Creative Process Briefing
Budgeting, ROI Quantification
Internal client partnership-building with product teams
Intellectual Curiosity and ability to learn quickly
Passion to compete and win
Strong written and verbal communication skills, to include: creative briefs, presentations (Power Point and verbal), great storytelling
Previous management experience                              
Be globally curious in nature                                           
Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel) & Keynote proficient
Excellent communication skills
