Under Armour Asset Protection Teammate
SUMMARY:  Asset Protection teammate in a fast-paced dynamic distribution environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include, and may not be limited to, the following:
Assist in maintaining all aspects of access control
Monitor and record incoming and outgoing flow at entrance of DH
Assist in supervising contract security guards
Ensure adherence of FTZ/C-TPAT requirements
Complete daily patrols to ensure compliance to all physical security controls
Educate DH employees on asset protection, shrinkage, and impact on the business
Communicate concerns regarding DH acts of theft and fraud
Assist as needed in investigations on DH acts of theft and fraud
Conduct daily and weekly audits of  FTZ requirements
Ensure trailer seal controls are in place
Interface with other departments including, but not limited to DH, Information Technology Legal, HR, and Retail.
Other duties as assigned

This position has no direct reports.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school degree (some college preferred) and up to 1 years experience related to distribution / retail asset protection, or law enforcement. Ability to influence leadership on best practices for minimizing loss due to theft, and proactively educate teams on trends related to shortage.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
PC experience: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Familiarity with digital camera systems and card access software
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve business problems within a team setting
LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general financial statements, investigative reports, technical procedures, and policy and procedure.  Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various departments. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality when conduct investigations
Must be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with operating management while leading objective internal audits.  Ability to prepare and deliver well-written investigative reports, and verbal presentations, addressing critical risks and sensitive information to operational management.
