Summary
Under Armour Global FMS Implementation Team is looking for a qualified, driven Functional Order to Cash, Direct to Consumer Analyst. This role is responsible for the Order to Cash and Direct to Consumer Business Processes in day to day order book maintenance.  The Functional Analyst will support UA’s user base of SAP users relating to all areas of FMS for OTC and DTC. Additionally they will assist in reviewing Functional Specification Documents, testing enhancements, and ensuring the overall data in the system meets the needs of the business. He/she will participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of process improvements and applications. This is a key role in the Allocation and Delivery team and will work closely with business and IT partners to ensure the integrity, reliability, and consistency of our Processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain expert knowledge of Sales Order and Stock Transport Order Maintenance and Reporting, end-to-end processes, and of related solutions and capabilities
Coordinate all communication including risks and issues with the business Ensure the business is well represented within the project

Deliver Project-Oriented Services: Contributes to conceptual and logical designs
Writes functional and development specifications
Conducts unit and integration testing
Assists with scope, issues and risk management
Supports deployment

Creates conceptual and logical business solution design for new business solutions, communicates solution design to Service Operations Team, and monitors solution implementation to ensure requirements are met.

Detail-oriented, analytical thinker and proactive problem solver
Knowledge of SAP Sales Order and Stock Transport Order functionality
Knowledge of Web Intelligence, Lumiar, and Business Objects
Willing to take initiative to work with the business and IT partners
Proven customer service or client management experience
Exceptional team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and committed to meeting deadlines and creating and improving processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Must be proactive and possess the ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
Ability to listen, to discern and to respect the beliefs of teammates

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 to 5 y ears experience in one or more business process areas
SAP experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience working with external business partners
Experienced with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience working in a multinational organization with a global SAP solution is preferred
